KIDDING SCHEDULE 2014-Contact me if interested in reserving a kid, a $50 deposit is required on does and bucks, $25 is required to reserve a wether. Your deposit will be deducted from the final cost. If the breeding does not produce the sex of kid you reserved, you can either transfer your deposit to another breeding or have your money refunded. However, if you simply change your mind about the kid, based on coat, eye color...etc, your money is not refundable. For more info on that, see our sales policy at the bottom of the 'goats for sale page'. Remember, no bucks will be available from first fresheners normally. Wethers will consistently be $100, prices on bucks and does vary by breeding (currently ranging from $275-$400). Prices may change when the doe freshens, below is just our rough estimate. Prices on first fresheners kids are near impossible for us to determine until we see the does udder. If the kid has been reserved, the price will stay the same as our estimate. Twisted Vines Farm has the right to retain any kid at any time, whether or not the kid has been reserved. For any extra info on breedings, please contact me, I'm happy to answer your questions. Also, for kid delivery, we would be happy to bring kids to any ADGA shows we are attending so you could pick them up there if more convenient.
***RESERVATIONS CLOSE WHEN THREE DOELINGS AND/OR THREE BUCKLINGS ARE RESERVED FROM A BREEDING (MAY VARY BY GOAT). IF RESERVATIONS ARE FULL, YOU WILL BE PUT ON A "WAITING LIST".
NOTE: We find disbudding to be the most unpleasant aspect of raising kids. If you are looking for pets (or just goats you don't plan to show) take a minute to consider leaving them horned. If you are interested in horned goats, we would be happy to comply- although we must have your reservation fee.
*horned goats should not be kept with disbudded goats*
